What posthell does
Most small business owners do not have a content problem. They have a time problem. The work happens, and then nobody posts about it. posthell closes that gap: you tell it what happened, in a sentence, and it does the rest of the job.
- You say what happened. Type or dictate one line, like "finished the Hendersons' kitchen today". That is the whole input.
- It writes the posts in your voice. Grounded only in what you actually said. It will not invent a statistic, a customer or a result you did not mention.
- It tailors each network. A LinkedIn post and an Instagram caption are different jobs, so it writes them differently rather than copy-pasting.
- You approve. One tap in the app, or one click in the morning email. Nothing goes out before that.
- It handles the replies. Comments and reviews from every network land in one inbox, with a drafted reply waiting for your approval.
Who it is for
Owners of real businesses where a single new customer is worth hundreds or thousands: dental and physio clinics, contractors and home services, salons, restaurants, real estate agents, photographers, accountants, consultants and small ecommerce brands.

A 7-day free trial runs on the monthly plans and needs a card. There is no free tier. Posting to every network except X is unlimited on every plan. X is the one exception, because X charges us per post through its API and we pass that cost through at the exact rate rather than marking it up. See pricing.
What posthell does not do
Every product page on the internet lists strengths. These are the real limits, so you can decide before paying rather than after.
- It does not generate images. It can pull a stock photo or build a branded card from your logo and colours, but there is no AI image generation. For Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat you supply the photo or video.
- It will not draft your X replies. X requires written approval to run AI reply bots and we do not have it, so on X you read the comments in our inbox and write the reply yourself. Every other network gets drafted replies.
- X posting is metered. Other tools hide this or block X entirely. X bills per post, and a post containing a link costs roughly 13 times a plain one, so your plan includes a monthly X allowance rather than pretending it is free.
- There is no free plan. Publishing costs us real money per account per month, so a free tier would be funded by the paying users.
- It is not an agency. Nobody reviews your posts but you. If you want a human strategist, hire one.
Who builds it
posthell is built by Rohan Gotwal. It is independent: not venture funded, not an agency side project, and not a reseller of someone else's dashboard. One person decides what ships, which is why the roadmap follows what customers ask for rather than a board deck.
Connections to each social network are brokered over official OAuth, so posthell never sees or stores your platform passwords. Disconnecting an account wipes the stored credentials immediately. Read the privacy policy and terms.

Does posthell post without asking me?
Not by default. Every post is a draft you approve, by tapping approve in the app or clicking a link in the daily email. Team and Department plans can optionally raise individual accounts to autopilot, which is off unless you turn it on and is bounded by guardrails you set: quiet hours, banned topics and a weekly spend cap.
